SHIPPING POLICY
Please allow 4-5 days for your order to be processed for shipping.Personalized orders will take longer to create and deliver because they are made to order, but we promise they’re worth the wait! We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live locally, we do offer local pick-ups. We ship via USPS and/or UPS, whichever is fastest and most cost effective for you. USPS quotes, but does not guarantee 2-8 business days for domestic deliveries
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our work, returns will only be accepted on a case by case basis. Custom designs will need to be approved for return. While we can't accept all returns, if there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us! We will try our best to make it right. We want everyone to love their items!
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, cash, or checks. There is a 3% processing fee for Venmo & credit cards. Checks can be made out to Creative Edge Designs.
